Betify Patners Issues - Resolved

Hi Guys!

I was working with betify partners for around 2 months and I had a commission of €1435 to get, the invoice was sent and they told me everything was ok.
However, commissions are paid until the 10th of the following month, my manager informed me at the time about a delay and it could be until the 15th max, what happens is that my manager stopped responding to me about 2 weeks ago, despite remaining online , and as I already had the contact of the "manager of managers" I tried to get in touch too, but was ignored in the same way. Their platform itself has also been down for over 10 days. I still haven't received a response from anyone, nor is the platform itself active, the casino continues to operate normally. Anyone in the same case?

Have you tryed:

Time to time, operators change affiliate platforms - maiby thats whats up?

Try contact them via the general e-mails, if there is no responce on skype
About the platform yes, they changed it.

Not even a response from the general e-mails when i try to explain my case to them aswell. Ticket support on the platform still without answer, and managers keep ignoring me still being online every single day.
