Betfair Affiliates updated their FAQ page in regards to the payment date for affiliates

Q When will I be paid? A Affiliates will be paid automatically within the first 14 30 days of every the end of the calendar month or 30 days from when the invoice is received.
Summary:This type of extension of payment arrangements is more and more common these days.
