May I ask,

are licensing fees, platform fees and game licenses a fixed fee or a sliding scale percentage fee ?

Meaning.. When u license a game do you pay a fixed fee to license the game or do you pay a fee based on the percentage/amount of time the game has been played, relative to the earnings it has generated ?

I'm not an affiliate manager, but I'm pretty sure the software company take a % of the casino's income on their games.
For sure that's how NetEnt work - they charge the operator 15% of gross income from their slots.
(Some operators actually state this in their affy back-ends)
I would imagine they have an annual fee on top - but I don't know for sure.

Hope some AM's do chime in to this thread - it's a very interesting question.
