I'm going round in circles chasing a payment from Alpha Affiliates. Either ignored or sending me irrelevant info, been going on for weeks now. Seemed like a good program but I'm not so sure now, anyone else having problems? Time to bin them and look for some other more reliable options?

they have no clue how to talk to affiliates. they have a "tail wags the dog" mentality. including making outlandish demands

I guess probably the manager you used with left the company for example and you lost the contact!

@Biti We work with 50+ SoftSwiss casinos, communication is not that bad.
@steve99 Yes sometimes we had problems with Alpha Affiliates same as yours. They are now solved, i hope yours too soon.
Communication is a bit slow most of the times over Alpha but they always paid so far.
