SUMMARY: This is a general alert as there are quite a few changes (both minor and otherwise). It is good to note, though, that the terms have an 'Effective Date', which means they are NOT considered retroactive.

IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY A MEMBER OF EITHER (1) THE WEBROUTE AFFILIATE PROGRAMME; (2) THE WILLIAM HILL AFFILIATE PROGRAMME; OR (3) THE CPAYS AFFILIATE PROGRAMME, BY CONTINUING TO DIRECT TRAFFIC TO THE RELEVANT WEBSITES, AND TO ACCEPT PAYMENTS FROM, OR THROUGH, AFFILIATES UNITED, YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THIS AGREEMENT , WHICH WILL REPLACE YOUR CURRENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITH THE RELEVANT AFFILIATE PROGRAMME PROVIDER. ''Player Rake'' means, in the case of relation to poker, any rake collected from a Player;

''Poker School'' means a website promoted by the Operator and offered within the AUAP, which offers educational services, material and training for playing poker;
Italian Promotion
The Affiliate shall ensure that all marketing, advertising and promotions targeted at potential Players registered in Italy shall include the logos and wording set out at 3.1.4.1 - 3.1.4.4 below. 3.1.4.1 Two regulator logos (as provided by the Operator); 3.1.4.2 ''18 + only'' and/or the equivalent wording in Italian; 3.1.4.3Company Name - WHG (International) Ltd. and Licence N. 15038; and 3.1.4.4 ''Terms & Conditions available on www. williamhill. it'' and/or the equivalent wording in Italian
William Hill Update
The total Revenue Share payable to the Affiliate shall be the sum of both components of the Revenue Share model. For the avoidance of doubt, each component of the Revenue Share model may be calculated to be a negative figure. However, if the sum of both such components results in a negative number, the Affiliates total Revenue Share for the relevant calendar month shall be zero, and no reverse payment shall be due from the Affiliate to the Operator. (i) Online Gaming Products (Except in relation to www .willliamhill .it) The Operator offers a revenue share model across all of its Online Gaming Products. This is a cumulative model based on the number of new Players referred per calendar month in relation to the Online Gaming Products. Revenue Share Plan Table Accumulated Number of new unique depositing Players across All Online Gaming Products per calendar month Revenue Share payable as percentage of Net Gaming Revenue 0 12.5%* 1-6 25% 7-20 30% 21-100 35% 101-300 40% 301 + 45% * Note that the percentage of Net Gaming Revenue for 0 new Players will only be payable where the Affiliate has, in any previous calendar month, introduced one or more unique depositing Players. As such, an Affiliate will continue to receive the minimum Revenue Share in respect of previously-introduced Players for such time as those Players continue to bet, or play, on the relevant Site. For the purposes of the table above, Net Gaming Revenue shall mean Poker Net Revenue, Casino Net Revenue or Bingo Net Revenue, as appropriate. (ii) Online Gaming Products relating to casino only - www. willliamhill. it The Operator offers a revenue share model on its casino product. This is a cumulative model based on numbers of new Players per calendar month. Revenue Share Plan Table Accumulated Number of new unique depositing Players on casino.williamhill.it per calendar month Revenue Share payable as percentage of Net Gaming Revenue 0 12.5%* 1-10 25% 11-25td> 30% 26+ 35% * Note that the percentage of Net Gaming Revenue for 0 new Players will only be payable where the Affiliate has, in any previous calendar month, introduced one or more unique depositing Players. SUMMARY: Most of the terms are simple updates, however the William Hill commissions section is predatory in the event that you do not refer 1 player in the previous month - they do not have to pay you. Oh, surprise surprise CPays (I mean Affiliates United)
