While working with Affiliate Wide to become AGD Certified, we have made multiple suggestions for them to improve their T&C’s. In an effort to become 100% affiliate-friendly, they have removed/altered several terms. Thank you Affiliate Wide! They are now AGD Certified
TERMS UPDATE, Program Liability, breach
2.d You agree to indemnify and hold us free from liability , loss , damages , and/or costs that arise from your performance , negligence , or breach of any of the terms or obligations contained in this agreement.
TERMS UPDATE, Mandatory Website Changes
4.f You agree to make corrections and/or modifications , when suggested by us on any referral site that represents our services.
4f. Your rights include timely notification of changes to this agreement.
TERMS ADD, Minimum Payment, Added
5b. Qualifying players that are directed to us from your referral site will generate 30% life commission, subject to the terms of this agreement, and calculated at the end of each calendar month. Referral commissions will be paid between the 1st and 14th of every month. A minimum accrual of $50 is required prior to payment being issued.
