I found that a nice amount of comission has accumulated on my account in the past year up to now, but interestingly I haven't received any payment ever. I checked my account: Moneybookers was set as payment method. So I asked the manager why my payment never arrived. He first told me, that they can only process payment by Wire Transfer, and requested the details needed for that to process my payment. I was waiting,waiting, then I asked today if they managed to transfer the money by now. He told me today that he didn't send anything, because my comission didn't reach the minimum level of 500$
Did you have the same experience there? Do they pay at all, or are they just delaying payment with various reasons? I find it odd they didn't notify me about that I can only select Wire Transfer as payment method, and that their terms and conditions tell nothing about that there is payment minimum, etc...
