Just look at the forums main page, we have an icon for affiliate programs that have NCO.

sadly I can't run a site with just ten merchants

- so am I right that anything here with a green T&Cs checkmark https://www.affiliateguarddog.com/community/ has no nco ? and that a NCO = fail AGD certification?

Nearly all casino only operators have no NCO - you mainly only find NCO at sportsbooks with casinos attached.
I'm not going to list them all, but I work with about 60 operators, and only these ones DO have NCO:
iNetBet + Kudos (sister casinos)
Bet365
Genting
5 Dimes
Though I'm not actually earning anything with those last 3 anyway!
For at least the last 10 years, I will never knowingly sign-up to any operator who has NCO.
Though I have had it retrospectively applied without my agreement by many bastard operators - most recently those evil Kindred stealing %*$&ers!
(Well actually, I did have to agree to it - it was a "take it or get lost" choice)

Happy to report that Genting have now removed negative carryover from their terms in an update last week

they are still a scum company.
I remember vividly when they "closed" their poker affil program, yet kept their poker room open.. and everyone's players..
yet i heard they still kept paying "select partners". just like sky poker did..
