1win Partners — Account Banned Without Evidence, 3 Months of Silence, RevShare Income Lost

Summary:
I have been working as an affiliate with 1win Partners, driving traffic and generating close to 2,000 player registrations on a RevShare basis. Earnings accrued up to the point of the ban were paid out normally — there was never any dispute or warning regarding the quality or source of my traffic. The issue is that my partner account was banned without proper explanation, and since this is a RevShare deal, I'm now losing all future revenue from the ~2,000 players I already referred, with no clarity on why.

Timeline:
1. My partner dashboard access was suddenly blocked.
2. On the same day, I received an email from security.partners@1w.run stating that, following an internal security review, my cooperation was terminated under clause 1.9 of the partner agreement (alleged aggressive/offensive behavior toward a company representative). No date, evidence, or name of the representative involved was provided.
3. A few days later I received a second email from the same address stating that servicing of my account was further suspended following another review.
4. I replied to security.partners@1w.run asking for specifics (date of the alleged incident, supporting evidence, name of the representative) — no response.
5. I wrote to the general partner support address (partners@1w.run) asking for help and clarification — no response.
6. I contacted my personal managers (@daniil_onew, and previously @dariya_onewin) and the general Telegram support (@partners_1w) — none of them provided a substantive answer or resolution.
7. It has now been approximately 3 months of complete silence from all official channels.

What I'm asking for:
1. A clear, evidenced explanation of the alleged clause 1.9 violation (date, proof, representative's name) — not just a generic reference to an internal review.
2. Clarification on what happens to the RevShare revenue from the ~2,000 players I already referred, since this traffic itself was never flagged for any quality issue.

I'm submitting this complaint because every official channel (security email, general support email, personal managers, Telegram support) has ignored me for 3 months despite repeated follow-ups. Screenshots of my dashboard stats and the security emails are attached.
