LCB has once again guided a player dispute to a successful resolution, confirming the return of a $107,750 balance that Ybets Casino had previously confiscated. The case had stalled for months until LCB evaluated the evidence and mediated between the parties.

Player’s Win Contested After Bonus Use and Gameplay

The situation dates back to July 2025, when Dutch player TimmyR secured winnings totaling $107,750 (107,750 USDT). His gameplay began with an 80 IMR non-deposit bonus, the casino’s internal currency, which he increased to 1,128 IMR. After he withdrew the allowable 800 USDT maximum from the bonus, he continued wagering with his own funds and hit a substantial win that exceeded $100,000.

Soon after this payout, the casino removed the entire balance, stating that the player had breached bonus clause 2.10, which outlines the maximum cashout. TimmyR disagreed with this assessment and presented private video recordings to demonstrate that he had kept bonus funds separate from his personal USDT balance and played according to the terms.

He attempted to reach Ybets more than 100 times through email and made posts on other websites, but the responses he expected never arrived.

On November 20, 2025, he brought the matter to the LCB complaints system and described the circumstances to the Casino Complaints board moderators. His hope partly came from a previous positive outcome involving the same brand, where a separate case for $16,425 was settled after mediation.

Ybets Restores Entire Balance, But Withdrawal Limits Slow Access

Previously the player attempted to resolve the issue via other avenues, but five months passed without any progress from these other websites, but the player’s balance was reinstated very quickly after contacting LCB on November 26, 2025. Ybets acknowledged that the confiscation should not have taken place and restored the full $107,750. LCB marked the dispute closed shortly afterward.

Although the funds are no longer withheld, the player faces another hurdle. The casino limits withdrawals to 1,000 USDT per day and allows only three pending requests at once. According to TimmyR, withdrawing the full amount under these conditions could stretch on for months, particularly after the prolonged delay that already occurred. He asked for a higher daily limit or a one-time transfer to avoid additional waiting.

Ybets informed him that its withdrawal rules apply to all users and would remain unchanged. The complaint itself is resolved, but LCB noted that it will continue advising the operator to review the limits.
