Tracking id not working - no response by email

Hi, I sent emails to 3 contacts from AffDynasty regarding a suspect issue with my affiliate tracking ID that seems to be dead (0 clicks in months is practically impossible) ..nobody is giving a response, and seeing here, it seems that I'm not the only one with these issues.

They've moved over to a different affiliate program.

You can now find your account with the active tracking links at True Bet Affiliates.

I've removed their brands because it looked like the Cellxpert system didn't track the links. There is not even a clicks/visits column on the dashboard and no payment options can be set.

We promoted these brands when Connie was involved but things seemed to go downhill quickly when the affiliate staff left/bailed.

We tested the brands fairly extensively from a 'mystery customer' view and experienced very poor customer service and extremely slow payouts. As a result, we now issue a strong 'caution warning' to any listings of these brands.

It's a shame - they had hopefully been a decent Rival program to promote, albeit with an iffy past, as Dave correctly points out.

Connie was first class. Her word was her promise. Others were great too. Sadly, like other programs, shit happens and affiliates lose the decent staff, then, as @FictionNet describes, it all went downhill.

Yeah dropped them when Connie left -- well stayed one more month and watched it get a bit iffy so cut my losses and moved on

Changed once again to another new program is the 3rd time a charm ..LOL Stand alone Rival brands are a joke.

I have this problem at several other CellXpert accounts. There are no any clicks at the Dashboard, but you can see real statistic at Reports section.
