I in the end was offered a "take it or leave it" deal - 2000€ out of my 3000.
The offer was this - I can either get a few hundred more (at that time I was paid out about 1500 at an excrutiatingly low rate of 166 per week or so which had to be chased, and then didn't receive anything for months)...
The reason is, because this way they save some cash.
And as for the justification, which is what you were getting at - there is none.
And there were plenty, at the same time. None that made any sense. You can see the way it unfolded, it was tech issues, then "investigations", then it was...
Here's how the closure went down.
I got phoned frome one of the managers. We spoke two or three times on the phone.
He offered me a deal to take 700 euros of the remainings ~1700.
He asked me what I'd be "satisfied with".
He told me casino businesses are shady businesses.
He told me he...
I just wanted to let you know, no news here. I have still not been paid the rest of my money by these guys.
2 and a half months now.
After "some issue on Rival's end", which was the initial excuse for delays, they went with "your account is locked for more verifications that'll take up to 4...
I have PMed Simon White a day or two after you posted this. He replied and told me to email him, and gave me an email addy for the details.
I sent him the details.
And I haven't heard from him, or anyone else, since.
Is "Rival Rep" here any good? Do you think he could be helpful?
I'm still waiting. :mad::mad::mad:
No progress so far.
Any ideas on what can I do?
I went to live chat, was told to send an email.
The chat was a bit funny. I was told they don't have a phone number I can phone them to.
Then I pasted the number from the website asking for confirmation...
Gotten a hold of the supervisor.
"The finance dpt" is doing some investigation or whatnot. It can "take up to a month".
I told them they can phone me whenever they want if there's anything they want, and that 2 weeks of that month have already passed (since nearly 2 weeks have passed since...
Yeah, it doesn't seem convincing to me too.
Not too surprisingly, I haven't been contacted by anyone.
I have today stopped by at live chat. No "supervisors" were available to talk to, I was told they'll be on in 20 minutes.
Half an hour later I'm trying again, now Live Chat isn't on (it...
My third installment was supposed to happen.
It has been delayed. Apparenlty a player manager needs to call me before the payments continue. It is supposed to happen on Sunday or Monday (kind of odd).
I assume I am being slightly stalled.
Gotten my second payment today - right on time.:cool:
I remember they mentioned to me how new customers have this limit..
I think it can make sense, businesswise, for a casino that's just starting out since bigger payments might cause trouble where a set limit which they know...
I'm owed 3k € (so it's more than 3k$)
667 € is the max weekly installment.
They have 1k $ max weekly / 667 € max weekly.
So it'll take me five installments to reach 3k. I just got the first one.
Hope this clears it up. I'll certainly be updating you guys here on what's going on as the...
A quick note - I just got my first part, too! That's 1/5. (1 part out of 5 as they have a weekly withdrawal limit and it'll take me 5 parts to collect it all - a bit longish but as long as I get it all it'll be OK)
I sincerely hope it'll all continue on a good note!
I have contacted the CS of 21grand again today.
I was told that the payment is delayed because of something on the Rival's end and that they're awaiting for something from them (whatever that may be). And my docs are available and okay.
Take that for what it's worth.
Yeah, no problem.
A couple of weeks ago I asked for a withdrawal; I've been betting 25-100€a hand (raising when I'm winning and tightening when I'm losing) throughout, and won about 3k. I've sent my docs to support. I asked for 2 withdrawals so far, as the weekly withdrawal amount is capped...
