It's definitely a conflict of interest. Either you're an affiliate manager or an affiliate, you shouldn't be both. I believe affiliate managers, since they have backend access (pardon the phrase), might be tempted to 'move' good players...I dislike giving a competitor that kind of power...

The only thing I've outsourced so far is writting. I started by putting jobs up on scriptlance. I ended up with a writer from India, who wrote very well, but tended to pepper everything he wrote with spiritual references. ???
