Well, of course i'd like to know when the issue will be resolved, or waht is wrong. It's a payment over September, so quite some time late.
And now delayed September payments.
After asking:
"Our technical team is working on resolving some data issues related to September payments as soon as possible."
and later:
"Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA as to when the issues will be resolved. However, we are doing our utmost to be able...
Strider, i am afraid all brands that are going to have a license in the Netherlands this year, have to start with an empty player database.
And if they don't it will be illegal
That's costing me a lot of revenue.
I can't actually believe they let these players go.
Wouldn't they be migrated to another brand, without our tags of course?
In my case the problem is solved.
After emailing them, their answer was :
"The mailer which was sent was to inform affiliates we would like to continue our current relationship by acknowledging with a reply."
The parent company of Nederbetgaming (Wl Services NV, Curaçao ) with Nederbet had been taken over (by whom?)
Revenueshare deal in Netrefer has been put on 0%
no affiliatepayments since May/June
no answers on email
did not receive any communications whatsoever
