I've been applying on affiliate manager roles for a while but yet no one gives me a chance. I also have integrated affiliate program in one of my websites and i know how the program works. I also have an affiliate related website, but as an affiliate marketer, not like a manager.

It's not really difficult. On example out of 1000 monthly traffic you get 10 new customers that's 1%. So only 1% from the total traffic actually converts.

Have you ever calculated how many percentages of your traffic bring you money? On example out of 10,000k traffic how many new customers do you get monthly.
