I use revshare on large and know casinos and CPA on less know casinos. There is no right or wrong here, try the different deals or even a mix of CPA and revshare (most casinos offer this)

Funny so many have had a drop in ndc since april.. We have also seen this, despite a steady traffic to their casino. Also we never got the email about the change in program/plan..humm..

I use Google XML Sitemaps plugin for wordpress (can post links yet so google it..) If you use wordpress this is one of the best..:) Yoast also has a build in sitemap in his seo plugin. (yoast dot com)
