It depends, not if you don't care about your site. In the gambling industry it's very hard to rank without buying links, so you will need to take risk if you want to rank for some more serious keywords.

if other people have been paid, and you didn't receive a payment, i would ask them. maybe you filled in your btc address too late (after last month finished)? never had big issues with them, smaller issues yes, but that counts for most programs :). i don't want to say they are good or bad...
