Just 301 redirect would do imo, but if you want to play safe, deindex those from the webmaster tools and delete them, not that you have any benefit from those indexed. Just do not delete before deindex them.

If I was you I would never rush to submit reconsideration request or use the disavow tool, better chill and wait for a while, the negative seo attack is up for the past 1 month many had received similar "gifts", we got for example a exact anchor links on top kws:-) But this wont stop us.
