Well they brought processor seized funds into the equation, stripping about 1/3 of what they owed... It was around the times of some recent seizures so I didn't argue really...

I thought I better give an update on this one..... We did settle on an amount owed and they paid about 15% of it over a few Western Unions... (which is a pain) and now I back waiting with no real schedule of future payments... :confused: j

Hi Guys This week I was sent a small portion of what is owed... it’s a start… I am still owed a lot of money and we are disagreeing somewhat on what the exact number is but I am hoping to resolve both matters asap. Will keep you guys posted :) Cheers, j

Nothing as yet but they have been in contact and told me that payments will start on the 10th of next month (June).

Hi Guys, I am owed over 10k from these guys and sent them over $37,000 in deposit and 19 players... I have not once been paid since signing up in jan10... now I am being told I need at least 5 active players in a month before I will be paid but my problem here is after well over a year of...

Hi Daera, I also have worked with Nicolas for many years.. he is apologetic about the delay... the debt is 6 months plus and I am told its lack of funds... they did send me a few small amounts via western union some months back but nothing close to what is owed... j

Yes warrichpk, It's considerable monies owed... so it's hard to mistake.....

Hey Renee, When first detected he had pretty much just scrapped my site, with all images being hosted on my site etc... after some affiliate managers emailed him he then hosted my images himself and changed some of the lead in content to my data. So currently he's stolen all of my images...
