Agree with winnings - play £1 stake, get £0.80 return, £0.80 contributes to their "total paid out". It's nonsense to attract people but it's very easy to turnover a couple of K or a couple of hundred K for big players.

Ok ^^ so it has to be a numbers thing? Someone sending 1,000+ players per year could surely never see a decrease apart from someone winning a few hundred K? Perhaps if they are bonus hunters etc. but for "organic" type players it would surely be very unlikely.

The guys decreasing are these players on rev share? It's difficult to know without having any idea of the volume of players, 10 players per year, 100? 1,000? 5,000? I just started in 2012 so I have no figures to compare but 2013 will definitely be a massive growth in revenue.

Thanks for the responses! I currently work with 2 operators and I plan on focussing on these two only. The second operator is a betting exchange and I have sent around 350 new customers this year but revenues aren't really great, ($xxx per month). Thanks again for the replies
