Thankyou, had a chargeback happened I would understand but they clearly stated one had not happened at the time affiliate payments were due. I will refrain from posting anymore until we get a response. Phillip

Hi Kadabra, The player has not made a physical chargeback, this was confirmed by the program themselves in an email. Their terms also do not allow for them to hold this comission as it was already confirmed and outside of the 12 day process clause. They have never explained what the 9k refund...

I better stop posting before i get in trouble, but deckmedia have seen this post and received the emails. I will be filing a complaint with the Filing a formal complaint with the Curaçao gaming authority if they dont act.
