OnlineCasinoReviewer's legal challenge against Affiliate Edge

PS completely agree with Gooner's comments regarding unions in general. I thought Thatcher had got rid of them all. He's right that association is a much better name for it!

OnlineCasinoReviewer's legal challenge against Affiliate Edge

This is a very interesting thread. I've been out of the country for a few months and have come to this late, but it is quite relevant to me. @ThePOGG to follow up on the legal advice you received. I actually decided last year to take action against a major operator. The value of the claim was...

    Ladbrokes-Coral Introduces Retroactive Predatory Terms

Had them set to 0% temporarily, which has now been rectified. I haven't signed the contracts. Discussions are ongoing but it is a long, slow and arduous process trying to deal with people who can't or won't communicate. Ultimately I still hold some hope that things can be resolved as they have...

Sad Day for the GPWA Forums

It's pretty obvious they don't give a shit for the welfare of affiliates. They are not an association, they are simply a forum. They provide a facility for people to air their views, but zero practical help or support, and it will ever be thus. The only way this *may* change is is influential...

Sad Day for the GPWA Forums

Other than the fact that there are no apostrophes in plurals, this is one of the best posts I've ever read. Kudos.

Affiliate Edge - Can't Pay We'll Take It Away

Always great to see somebody taking a stand AND being prepared to follow through with it. Please keep the updates coming.

    Is the Affiliate Industry Doomed?

Doomed is a bit strong, but it's getting harder all the time especially in the UK sports market, simply because there is virtually nobody left worth promoting.

Unable to log in at Paddy Partners

I was able to log in fine here. Hope you get it sorted. On a related note, I have now started to record a video every few months showing me logging in to each affiliate platform and running a report to show how many players I have sent over the life of the account. You never know when you'll...

    Ladbrokes-Coral Introduces Retroactive Predatory Terms

I've used it before. My understanding is that it is open to overseas residents as well, but you need a UK address for correspondence. Likewise you can claim against a company that is based overseas but does business in the UK, providing they have a UK address for you to serve the papers to.

    Gala Partners "compliance announcement"

You'd be absolutely correct. What you need is a copy of the Ts and Cs at the time you signed up, and also a copy of the Ladbrokes Partners / Coral Affiliates website at that time, where it clearly states that you will be paid lifetime rev share. Download all the records from your account...

    What are you worth?

Half a mil GBP and they're yours. I don't take cheques though.

    William Hill quitting Israel

I understand why people say they would never promote them again. At the moment that is my position. However after their move and the purge of Israeli staff, if they come out and say "sorry for what happened in the past, we want a fresh start" then I would be prepared to listen as long as the...

William hill on the rob again

Spot on. Anything we can do to make sure nobody ever signs up with these jokers again, is time well spent in my opinion.
