Warning: Late/No payment, wrong stats, manipulation?

    I want to issue a serious warning about this program.

    I started promoting their casino ComeOn around 5 years ago and it worked out very well the first few years with prompt payments and good conversion. However during the last year and a half things has started going downhill. Payments have been made later and later and now it seems they have stopped paying all together. Not only that but the stats don't work like it should either.

    This month is the worst so far. First the stats showed earnings for last month (May 2016) to be around 5400 euros. Then last week the earnings where changed to 2600 euros, more then 20 days after end of month. Never seen anything like it, especially in Netrefer!

    About the payments. Every month they blame technical reasons for the later and later payments but this month is the worst by far. I was promised payment last week/early this week at the latest but it's now the 30th and still nothing in my account. They used to pay around 12th, latest 19th before the decline. Something is obviously wrong.

    I'm not sure if the program will close down or is going bankrupt or what is going on. But I will stop promoting them in any way and I would suggest everyone to be very careful.

    Same here one excuse after another! We had a very large player who all the sudden hardly plays anymore ...... WARNING big WARNING!!

    Sorry to derail... I've had some strange shite with Comm365 since they updated to the new netrefer version.

    With regard to the 5.4 Euro >>> 2.6Euro, had this happen to me a couple of times at comm365. They said it was a charge back. No notification sent, no proof provided on request. Stonewalled and finally ignored when pushed for answers.

    EXACTLY the same story here: got so bad I finally dumped them in April this year.

    Didn't know about the Cherry buy-out - but I don't think I will be changing my mind anyway; the main problem was their player welcome bonus was crap, and they wouldn't improve it.

    My earnings was also being lowered by roughly half for May without any notification or explanation after the end of the month.

    Completely up to you what you wish to believe, however we have told the truth and I can tell you one thing.... Being a operator is not as easy as being an affiliate, we have a lot more technical things to work with in order to ensure everything runs smoothly. So therefore what is important for us is that our affiliates receive the correct commission that they are entitled to and sometimes this unfortunately ends with delays.

    I think we can both agree that you would prefer to receive the correct amount instead of less or none at all?

    Martin, so the stats for May were completly incorrect all the time? And you found out in June? I did not have that problem with any other Netrefer casino.

    Our system is not connected with other operators, so we can easily have issues while others don't (that's life of technology) , but yes we found out that the commission for May and stats was incorrect and this has unfortunately created delays in paying out the commission. The issues was fixed and everyone is now seeing the correct stats for the month of May and we are working processing all our affiliates commission asap.

    Yes we found out when we were doing the update for commission

    So what happened to all the numbers that we saw in the customer reports that added up to the total earnings?

    Why the lack of communication? Why did't we get a message as soon as you found out with an explanation of what happened and what you are doing to prevent that happening again? Now there will be speculation about EarnAffiliates being rouge. And you have yourself to blame for that.

    It shouldn't have to be us contacting you and asking what happened. You should contact the affiliates imo.

    Fully agree on that mate, and we are working hard on improving our services etc. this will take some time, but we are doing it. Our main goal at the moment is to get the pay out of commission back on track to avoid more unhappy affiliates.

    Your main goal should be communication and to ensure us that it will not happen again and that the stats are correct. Now we are just guessing.

    What if a personal bank had problems with their "stats"? They would work 24/7 to get everything right and to ensure that it will not happen again and to be very transparent with their customers. You have had problems with the stats for 2 months now (that I know about). How do we know that we wont see the same problem next month? We don't. We can only guess since you are not giving us any info.

    This is money we are talking about. Money that pays the bills.

    It was technical issue human. When we first realised that the stats was wrong, we pulled all the correct stats of the players and re-uploaded them to the system. For some reason the stats was uploaded twice resulting in double commission. This meant that for some days you would see 100 euro when the correct amount actually 50 euro.

    As mentioned earlier. The error and issues was corrected and the earnings everyone sees now for May is correct!

For some reason the stats was uploaded twice resulting in double commission. This meant that for some days you would see 100 euro when the correct amount would actually be 50 euro as an example.
