almost every online casino listed their is either bad, poor or just average.
I don't see anyone being good.
So I think people just add a review when they are upset.
Most people are more likely to complain, than give praise, especially, if they feel mislead, jilted, or worse, scammed.
Also a lot of complaints about verifying, which you have to do at every online casino.
I don't think this is really objective.
If Leo Vegas are making people jump unrealistic verification hoops, and as a result, legitimate players aren't being paid in a timely fashion, because of blatant 'stall tactics' (not an uncommon practice in this industry), then players stuck in this circle-jerk, are well within their rights to voice their distaste.
Not sure how many of those reviews you read, but I read all of them. While a large majority
are negative, the rest are positive. Though, it seems, since the change of ownership, negativity is on the rise.
I often find that those who had lost the least, the low rollers who do not value their time at all, are the most vocal and persistent complainers!
High Rollers generally don't complain to public forums etc. Instead, they bitch to their VIP manager. However, Low Rollers don't have that luxury. So they bitch in public. Are they valid complaints? Who knows. But they all can't be wrong!
Besides, one person's fortune, is someone else's chump-change
Point is though, and getting back to the actual thread topic, has Leo Vegas increased their Admin Fee to 50+%?
