@jacklee it seems strange that your profits have dropped for your Swedish players as my understanding was that they were not allowed any bonuses after the sign up bonus. So they should not be deducting for bonuses.

This what I found in terms:
Earnings = GGR minus Admin fee, bonuses, Fraud Costs, Taxes, VAT, Progressive Contributions and any other network fees. However no % are mentioned.

I am sorry, but almost every online casino listed their is either bad, poor or just average.
I don't see anyone being good.
So I think people just add a review when they are upset.

I often find that those who had lost the least, the low rollers who do not value their time at all, are the most vocal and persistent complainers!
