Of course Bryan will be paid in time because he has good contacts and the casino rep is there.
In our case i don't know exactly why this was happened. Was it made by human or a technical problem through their own backend ?
Before we was also paid in time and i hope in future too. Mistakes can happen but the question is was it solved because i had contact to responsibles ? Or to know one of them from the past ?
To have good contacts are always important but sometimes even the best contacts can't help if upper management have different views.
The basic attitude of a company is important and if it's transparency, fair and with understanding then there would be problems like this not happen. Most of the outstanding payment problems are made by a handful persons. Some of them are working at finance departement and means to decide about the accounts.

Either the company has financial problems or they are looking over accounts and decide not to pay because of their terms (inactivity clause or other reasons). And sometimes without informing partners about.
They don't have a look whether you promote or not. They make their decisions dependent on some conditions.
Stubbornness, ignorance, telling not the truth or hold up are just a few of the reasons if it comes to outstanding payments.
