Videoslots has been fined 9 million Swedish Crowns for violating anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and counter-terrorism financing rules. The Swedish gaming authority, Spelinspektionen, found that Videoslots failed to meet customer knowledge requirements in its operations, specifically in relation to ten of its largest customers between 2019 and 2021, where there were significant discrepancies between income and gambling transactions. Despite receiving a warning from Spelinspektionen, Videoslots is allowed to retain its license to operate in the Swedish market, although the investigation revealed serious deficiencies in its AML protocols and a lack of active cooperation with the authorities.

lack of active cooperation with the authorities.

Why does this NOT surprise me. VideoSlots.com are theiving crooks. I'm sure if the Swedish gaming authority found out VS had been stealing from their affiliates, and players too, that they'd question if VS had also been fudging the books in relation to the Swedish gaming authority.

It may not happen overnight BUT eventually, those who conduct dodgy business dealings, get caught!
