Shame, when I saw the thread title I was hoping it would be down-time on the affy back-end while they upgraded it to something more useful!
(I already got on Miles' back about this BEFORE he even started at VS! )

That's seem to have been lost in transit, huh.

For the record, VS affiliates were promised (not about to go wadding through a zillion posts here at AGD and other forums to find those statements by the VS AM)... However, they would receive a NEW aff backend in 2015. That's been and gone, so too has 2016... just sayin

@ KasinoKing - Hi Mate hope your well i did pop you a Skype asking you to add me and send me those details regarding the report changes you wanted again as i lost my old skype . I cant guarantee things will get done soon but we will endeavor to improve as we go along but hey its a start and i believe the overall product is far better than it used to be and is improving all the time.

@ AussieDave - How are you Dave long time well the good news is its better late than never we have launched the new product all be it not 100% to the level we want it o be as KK mentioned there are some deficiencies but we have taken note and will work on getting it to a level that the industry can be proud of just like the Casino product itself has won much acclaim we hope in a few months if not a bit longer our affiliate program and team will achieve the same heights

I'd really like to promote you guys... but... the earnings are, well... as one (1) affiliate put it, they make between 4 - $15 per $100 deposited. The fees etc are uber-high, and that leaves me with very little commission. There has to be a some middle ground here. Otherwise, I'd be essentially sending VS players for nothing...

Knowing what you did for FT, I'm hoping you can see the issue here, and come back with options.

I know that there is a long way to go to make the Affiliate program a world beater unlike the software which according to Casinomesiter and may players I've talked to seems to be a leading contender these days then all I can say is in a few months maybe a bit longer and after some development or more development then I'm sure we will get there.

These things take time as you know but I'm here now and will try get as much done as possible so we do improve all be it at Malta Pace.

Players love it they keep coming back so Talk to me and maybe we can set you up a deal that works for you if you do some pushing drop me a line .

UK and Aus really good markets could do well on the right deal.

The new system launched in October - and it's that which is bollocks! (i.e. a big step backwards).
The main thing is they no longer show deposits - I suppose it's so we affiliates can't moan about our poor earnings any more...

I would be totally delighted to get anywhere near 15%!
Just looked at the first 9 months of 2016 - and my earnings were 4.65% of deposits.
As I am on 40% RS, the average deposits were well into 5 figures (£) per month and only one month was negative, it seems like quite a poor return.

I do still really like Videoslots - the angst only comes because I know I would earn a lot more with those levels of deposits at other brands.
Even Sky Vegas with their pathetic 5%RS looks quite good compared to this!

We prefer lifte time customers that hit and run type ones better for everyone. That is the business model we have. That is also why we have a great reputation among players.

But we now also offer CPA deals for affiliates that want that option also ..maybe that's an idea or even a Hybird type deal

I'm sure we all fully appreciate there are very significant costs involved in creating a top-notch casino - but as affiliates we would like to see the full breakdown of how the final Commission figure is arrived at.
No-one is going to complain, as long as we have the clarity to see ALL the facts & figures - but we are bound to get nervous when there is so much key information missing from the affiliate reporting system.

When I started with VS back in 2013, all this KEY information was shown in the back end. It was excellent!
The only thing that was missing were the withdrawals figures.

The system was changed in May 2015 and all these fields were removed from the reports: Gross Rev, Bonuses Given, Licence Fees, Bank Fees, Cash-Back.

With the new system introduced in October 2016, they also removed the figures for Deposits & Net Revenue

So now pretty much all we can see are clicks, signups & earnings.
Even the RTG & Rival systems are FAR superior to this.

I'm hoping Miles, that you can get "the powers that be" to sit up and take notice that the current reporting falls a LONG way short of what is needed from the affiliate's point of view.

Yeah - I had that problem a lot too, as we go abroad 4 or 5 times every year
The ONLY good thing with the new affy reporting, is that now you don't have to log in to the casino to get to the (extremely poor) reports.

Your 100% correct yes it has its limitations , the focus here has been in creating a Casino Product that has the ability to
blow away competitors at every turn and this is what they have worked on for all these years and still are.

The product and you've said this yourself is probably the best online casino for players there is online at present.

So we can tick that off the list .

So the focus on affiliates and affiliate related activity has been overlooked for sure BUT that was the idea of brining me on and
getting a team of Experienced Affiliate people around my New Department Head has also had a lot of experience and things will
start getting worked on over time to get it to the same level as the casino product.

"Rome wasn't Built in a Day" as they say and it will take time so baby steps for now KK just give us time to settle in as a team and
we will work on things as we go not going to draw a line in the sand and say it will be in a month or 2 but its on a working document
and from what I've seen of the business so far and how it has grown and the vison these guys have I have no doubts in Time these things will be
rectified just bear with us
