very similar domains, illegal??!

Ok, im thinking about buying a domain that are relativly similar to a respected and wellknown betting comany that has been in buissines for years

Lets take an eksample on what i mean:

Bettingcompany domain : betway.com
I want to buy : betwaytomorrow.com

-Can I get accused for bying and using this domain.
-Are they allowed to ask me to close the domain or transfer it to them?
-Are there any laws that can bite me in the ass since I am using theyr already established domain name in my new domain?


(the domain is just an example)
