Suspended our account to avoid paying commission

We have reached out to the affiliate several times in attempt to better understand their marketing activity, but didn't get a response.

We were in touch with Rank affiliates, even via skype. We agreed on a call, but the person in our team who communicates with them got sick, so we agreed to reschedule the call for later. Our contact person - Younes - agreed with that. Meanwhile, we received a mail from Natalia. She said Younes was no longer working for them and she would like to arrange a call with us. We received this mail on 12.11. We responded on 18.11. and at the same time, we tried to contact Natalia via skype. At that time, our account was blocked and no one has contacted us since. We also tried to contact Rank affiliates via other channels, but without success. After posting a complaint on this forum, Rank Affiliates contacted us on Friday 20.12, that they would like to arrange a skype call with us and we immediately agreed and asked them to specify date and time suitable for them. We are awaiting their reply as we would like to resolve this issue ASAP.

please note that we have contacted Rank Affiliates several times via skype and email trying to arrange a skype call, but they are ignoring us again. I will post here once we hear from them.

Hi All,
Please note that our unpleasant situation with Rank Affiliates was successfully sorted out. We finally managed to discuss everything over skype call based on which they renewed our account and paid our commission.
We would like to thank the Affiliate Guard Dog for help.
