OK I have worked with this group for 6 years nearly, very good, the quickest-paying affiliate programme of the lot apart from L&L.
No issues ever. Until this week.
I received the standard e-mail yesterday Mon 8 May which they send when payment has been processed/sent for the previous month (as other White Hat affiliate programmes do like Playgrand, 21casino etc.)
My payment method is Neteller, nada, zilch, nothing there as of yet for it. The invoice attached with the e-mail received yesterday has my correct Neteller ID on it and they've paid me there reliably before.
I know the affiliate manager (in whose name this e-mail came) and contacted him via Skype but he's left Superfly! Which explained why the reply I sent bounced, also his name is still in the Superfly aff.account interface for contact, so that's pointless. This is why I have come here, as I have not been notified of my new affiliate manager and now have no point of contact.
In my account it states the invoice was produced May 2 and payment made on 4 May. That figures as I always receive my payments on 4/5th. of month usually.
I can confirm, with proof from Neteller a/c if necessary, that I have NOT received this payment as of yet.
Neteller are not terribly reliable, I've had payments sent from other aff.progs fail before and get bounced back to them etc.
Whatever the issue is, I cannot resolve it with them myself if I have no proper contact or rep. They have been one of the better aff.progs historically so am not too worried about getting the money eventually, it's just I need some way of communication with Superfly.
