We are planning a migration of Sportingbet affiliates to our Global affiliate programme " GVC" which would be intimated to you through email shortly. However could you please let us know whether you have any existing affiliate account on the GVC platform, and if yes could you please provide us with the your registered email id and the username on the GVC platform.

If you have further questions and/or concerns, we will be glad to assist you.

All should be aware of this horror rule:

3.2. In order to retain your place on the Affiliate Program, you shall provide us with a minimum number of Customers each month during the Term. This is set out in Appendix 1.

3.3. In the event you do not fulfill this obligation in any month, we will be entitled to reduce your commission in respect of all Customers in that month until such time minimum requirements are met. Such reduction of commission is set out in Appendix 1.

3.4. Thereafter, subject to the minimum requirements being met by you in subsequent months, Commission for those Customers will revert back to your original Affiliate Commission in those months.

3.5. In the event that you fail to meet the minimum requirement of Customers a month for two consecutive months, we may, at our sole discretion terminate your place on the Affiliate Program immediately on written notice to you.

After our answer about the SB affiliates account closure we got the following message and it was a surprise:

your account was closed due to misunderstanding in the team and human error. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
It was re-activated. Log should work again.
In case there are any actions planned for your account in the near future I will contact you in advance.
Again, please accept my apologies.

We have received this e-mail because we answered to our account closure and shared our opinion. I don't know whether you are resident in DACH and you are also affected by account closure. Can be that this closure was a general error or happen on individuell accounts.

Maybe there is another manager responsible for you region but i will send you PM with address.
