Taken from the nature of the responces so far, it would seem highly likely that they are fed into some RTG database that all casinos have access to. If that's the case, that's a huge issue! RTG casinos have a huge degree of variation in the quality of the operations using their software.
We do not share or sell on any player data what so ever.
16. CWCUSD operates a zero tolerance policy to fraud and utilises a range of measures to identify fraudulent behaviour which is not limited to our platform. By opening an account with CWCUSD the player understands that fraudulent behaviour perpetrated against any online Casino Operator or Payment Service Provider may result in the account balance held with CWCUSD being forfeit.
I am also not saying you are selling the databases. However, it is known and also written in your t&c that player information is shared with other groups. This is how the RTG "blacklist" works.
In cases of fraud we do (as all casino groups do) submit player information to trusted third partys however, even if another casino did get hold of these details in full, it would be extreemly unwise to spam them as they would be all the players that have been flagged.
Neither does sharing our current player data.
