Hi Everyone,

I am really disappointed with slots jungle casino, as I see I'm getting a major screwing as a player...... first it took over a week to verify my docs and in the mean time I couldnt make a cash out pending my doc approval. and once they did approve my docs I got no email telling me so. I just made another attempt on the 30th of September and the $3000 it went through, now I logged into my account today to see only $750 of my $3,00 withdrawal was approved I contacted live chat and this is the response I get!!

Hi Rhonda,

I don't wish to be insensitive but your an affiliate, right?

There are certainly discussion on a number of forums regarding Slots Jungle. Not only regarding spam but other player issues.

http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/casino-spam-complaints/39347-slotsjungle-spam.html

http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/online-casinos/39473-casino-titan-wth.html

As an affiliate do you not keep abreast of current casino issues?

I would think keeping up to date for the sake of your site visitors and the casinos you promote is necessary for affiliates in general. If you don't follow this protocol, I think it maybe time to start, give your current predicament.

FYI Slots Jungle is a sister to the following venues:
  • Casino Titan
  • Win Palace Casino
  • Mayflower Casino

Cheers

:)

Hi Rhonda,

I have contacted the Slotsjungle support team regarding your issue and they have advised me that the cash out amount is determined by the player’s class.

Please refer to the terms and conditions as they appear on SJ casino (section 18 )
‘All withdrawals are paid in installments of up to $3,000. This is determined according to player class. Withdrawal approval time can take up to 4 business days’

Furthermore, it is highly unacceptable that affiliates would take advantage of their affiliate account and play in our casinos , it is restricted for the obvious reason; you make money when players lose in the casino. You can’t wear two hats at the same time meaning if you win you can cash out and if you lose…it’s OK, I’ll just earn my commission, it is unethical to say the least!

Please refer to the Affactive terms and conditions (section 3)
‘Neither you nor your relatives are eligible to become Leads or Money Players and should you or they do so you will not be eligible to receive the relevant commission’

We are taking care of every complaint in the most serious and professional manner, nothing is left unresolved

It is easy to make accusations over the forums, it’s a bit more difficult to read the terms and conditions.

Sounds a bit alarming that a casino has 750$ weekly max cashout...player class related or not...

I love AffActive... great program. I'll get that out of the way first.

$750 weekly cashout is absurd, though. I will not send players to a casino that has such a low cashout policy. It just isn't smart for anyone to send players to a casino that does this.

Not sure if that remark is a backhanded slap, Rick, is it?

it is unethical to say the least!

What's unethical here Mate, is accepting unlimited bets but only paying players a max withdrawal of $750 per week on wins.

Slots Jungle is the one wearing the two hats, here

Clip Joints follow similar crazy protocols...

If it quacks like a duck, walks like a duck, it's probably a DUCK.

The thing is: how does this casino ever expect to attract players of a higher player 'class' if this is what they do.

Example: Say I was a high roller, but was just testing out the casino and so only deposited and played a few hundred dollars. Let's also say I won - oh, for sake of argument - $3000 but when I tried to cash out, they said nope, only $750 per week. Do they really think that any serious player is going to deposit big sums of money after that. They'll just walk away.

Couldn't agree more.

The point about not being able to recruit whales with these stupid withdrawal limits is very valid.

Just on a business point of view it would be a waste of time to promote your program with stupid policies like this.

And on the point of not allowing affs to play... Do affs play better or win more than non-affs? No they don't... So why have a rule that affs can't play? Some very respected casinos allow their affs to play... seems like only the shady programs restrict affs from playing.

A lot of folks think that casinos only implement this rule that affs can't play to try to keep important program information out of the affs hands.

Ironically, for most of my whales that's a carbon copy of their deposit the first time. Whales like to test the waters so to speak.

Decisions such as the $750 max week withdrawal, have a sinister side to them. Which ultimately gives the casino a win win advantage.

The excess withdrawal is returned to the players account...need I say more

I am shocked since I just spent the weekend with this guys in Canada. I was thinking of increasing exposure but now I see that is not a smart thing to do since they do not cater to high rollers and clearly have issues with funds. Any program that cannot cashout more then $750 per week is not stable in my opinion it tells me they do not have the capital to take large wins. I am even further shocked since I was told that these guys have their own payment processors and do not rely on RTG to process funds.

They are nice guys and everything but as an affiliate I cannot be irresponsible and send them traffic to the casinos. We will work with them on Casino Titan since they took that over but we are not going to be able to send them new traffic.

How long has Rhonda been playing on her affiliate account is my question. If she has been playing for a long long time then why are they just now bitching about that part? They took her money just fine when they should have denied her deposit and returned it asap if they had an issue with this. I know some programs have it in the rules and they bend it for certain affiliates but then there are others that do not, it is your responsibility as an affiliate to read and follow the rules of your affiliate agreement.

Question here is what if she say opened an account with Casino Titan with the old owners and they had no issue with that but once the new owners took over they did have an issue with it.....

Thank you Dave for the extra information, I posted here at AGD because I feel player issues are the cornerstone for affiliates, and I do try to keep up to date on both player and affiliate issues as much as possible. I will be looking over at CM later.

HA!! if I did open a player account on my tag this was NOT done to my knowledge...I might not be the brightest bulb in the house but I'm not stupid.. and would NOT purposely player on my own account. I deposited over $1,000 with slots jungle not to mention more at win palace.I don't like being accused of opening a player account on my own tag I would never do this! Rick, if this is the case, its your responsibility to untag my player account.

I think this thread might need to be split, cos there are now two separate issues in this thread.

1) Is Rhonda's complaint that Slots Jungle will only pay her out $750 per week for a fairly small $3k win.

That is a worthwhile question. Also the CS rep suggesting that there would be three payments is strange too. If there would be three payments, surely they would be $1k each. Just a thought.

Aussie Dave's response that Rhonda should be more aware of potential issues surrounding this casino group was a bit harsh, I thought. After all, Rhonda is playing for real money at the casinos she is promoting, so she has first hand knowledge and is doing what affiliates should do with the casinos they promote. Harsh, mate.

Rick from AffActive's comments seemed snide and sarcastic and the unfounded accusation that Rhonda is playing via her own affiliate tag is something worth more discussion.

2) The second issue is how Slots Jungle etc are treating players in the broader sense and whether they are worth promoting from an affiliate perspective.

Hello everybody,

I agree with you all, there is always room for improvement in terms of cash outs, ideal would be instant payouts of course. We are aware that the faster a player receives his winnings everybody’s happy, the player because he got his money fast, the casino because in most cases he will deposit again, and the affiliate which will earn more commission.

I would like to point out the SJ is a relatively fast RTG casino with a max 4 days cash out after the first installment, this is the reason for payments up to 3K per week.
Our main goal is to stand up to our T&C and we do. We have never been late to a player or an affiliate regarding payments.
I say all the above while I hope that in future the cash out policy of SJ casino will improve.

Rhonda, we have been working for a while now and I know that you will never deposit via your affiliate ID on purpose, however you are an experienced and respected affiliate, there is room for more responsibility and caution regarding these issues, the casino management does not take this lightly. I apologize if I didn’t point out this fact sooner but you must understand that the affiliate managers don’t have access to this kind of information.

Bonusstreak, it was great seeing you in Canada, I can promise with a full heart that we know how to keep our high rollers, we have quite a few of them and we treat them in the most serious and professional manner in order for them to keep playing and enjoying our casinos.

Hi Rick,

I can't remember if it was you but I am thinking it was someone named Daniel, that was in talks with getting me signed up with you.

Nice enough guy and it sounds like you have the foundation for a sound business model since IMHO yes, paying players and affs in a timely fashion is paramount and keeping to whatever you promised in your terms falls under that category.

Here's where I get turned around though.
we know how to keep our high rollers, we have quite a few of them and we treat them in the most serious and professional manner
Quite a few? How on earth have you managed that when it is quite obvious that the first time these guys went to cash out, they encountered the same problems as Rhonda.

Even if I imagine that some of those high rollers have never won, therefore never tried to cash out, it is IMHO a likely scenario that high rollers do a cash out fairly soon upon playing at a casino, because I am sure they've encountered places that couldn't afford their withdrawals. Places that say, restricted the amount paid out to them to a fraction of the size of the cashout. So its just a short matter of time before most high rollers are attempting a cashout (MHO) , then what are they being met with? And if they are getting preferential treatment, what is the logic behind that thinking?

Is there a threshold on the amount deposited, which must be met, in order to be able to cash out more than $750? Ifso, out of curiosity, what is that amount?

........................................................

What kills me is that casinos come along and act like the player is suppose to be understanding that the casino is still trying to get off the ground. Well guess what? They don't give a shit and shouldn't be asked to:

The whole purpose of the ultimate goal when gambling has an end result in the player being able to win a lot more money than they had when they started. Yes gambling is about entertainment, but the entertainment is lost if the end result is not possible and that is exactly the situation here.

If you had said they refused payment due to playing on her tag, you'd have gained more sympathy from me than is the current state.

--------------------------------------------

Around these parts we have a name we hang on people that make boastful claims in order to lure in their customers and then at the end of the day they don't have the money to pay their debts, and its not a nice name either.

I'm curious, how many players has the casino extended credit to?

Then why should the players be asked to extend credit to the casino?

If you don't have enough money to be a credible entity, how can you credibly expect to be taken seriously?

$750 per week, that is barely more than twice what she deposited to start with.

yes, I agree 3 payments would be $1,000 per week,

I agree, I don't think Dave knows how to show tact and skill in dealing with people. I get from him, that it's my fault and I should of known better.

look, I thought these guys were great, and I was very excited in promoting and continuing to stand behind their their brands, not so much now.......

it's funny that the casino only noticed my supposed link to my own account, is when I attempt a cash-out. and also the casino puts the remaining funds back into my player account instead of the processing Que?? why is that.
we all the know the reason to this answer.

there is also another major point we should discuss here, is if the casinos not willing or more likely unable to participate in all network progressive games this is a RED Flag IMO you will not find any real series slot progressives at all three casino. and they cater to the high roller

Slots Jungle also, also turned off there comp system.

A couple of points:

If you have been playing on your own tag then depending on the program terms the casino is probably within their rights to withhold any commission that you may have earned on the $2000+ you have played and lost previously there. If you're earning 35% that is at least $700, so maybe that is the explanation for the 3 payments of $750.

Secondly thanks for bringing this to our attention. These guys are yet another mickey mouse casino group that doesn't have enough money to pay players filed in my mental blacklist.

If they pay out to the player account then they are inviting you to open a player account such as with Intertops, they don't care if you play on your own tag and never have that is why I love them so much.

They do not have all the progressives? Wowzers this place is not as I thought it was that is for sure! I do not feel at all right sending players here.
