Claire,

Why would you close accounts of affiliates who sent you customers for a long time and who apparently did not violate any of your t&c?

Claire, could you please address this question?

I took them down, too. I'm not going to build a player base if they are going to violate their own T&Cs and confiscate my earnings anyway, just because they feel like it.

I don't work with them myself, but after reading all the threads about them recently I definitely wont be!

It seems that Roxy are ignoring this issue by not responding. This is very disappointing. I had a very positive opinion about these casinos after all these years of business. However, I am glad to not be personally affected and that this occurred before I started recommending their casinos again.

This is not good at all, as well as the changes to the terms Brightshare have instigated this morning.

I have started a thread in the Affiliate Forum on CasinoMeister concerning the Roxy account closures and also the Brightshare changes and pm'd both reps, requesting them to comment on the thread.

The thread can be viewed here: Terms and Condition Changes - I Sense Something

Bryan is currently away, but I have already left a message with him and I am hopeful he will get involved in this. As for eCogra, not best pleased with them. What are they doing providing 'seals' for affiliate programs anyhow, if they allow these moves to take place?

I think, this could be the start of some really bad times on the way....

CAP has now 'suspended' Brightshare and 'rogued' Roxy.
From BrightShare - Page 5

No matter what GPWA does now, it is/was the last to act, and even if GPWA does the right thing now, it will be seen as following the rest, due to pressure, not because it was the right thing to do.

GPWA missed a chance here. Big time.

Massive credit to AGD for being the FIRST to act. AGD is quickly becoming the 'right' place to hang out for gambling affiliates. From this day on, any program I accept will HAVE to be AGD certified. If they are not, I will tell them to get AGD certified first. When signing up for a new program, I will always check AGD first for a sub-aff banner. It's more than deserved.

I'm surprised they acted at all! They are happy to promote many rogue programs & programs of rogue casinos. I wouldn't be surprised if they have only moved because the changes are going to effect THEIR bottom line. :(

To be fair to Warren he has listened and he has acted. He has to be applauded in this instance.

Yes, AGD did the right thing and they did it right away. CAP's support is appreciated as well. GPWA... no words.

behind the scenes, we are working with the following groups to resolve this issue:CAP, PAL, GPWA, and Alex from iGB. AGD and all groups mentioned are actively involved in this fight.

Roxy Affiliates scam

I find it especially appaling how Roxy entirely ignores this issue. It is obvious that this company doesn't have much left to lose.
