QUESTION FOR POLL: Should AGD place ALL Bonne Chance Casinos into a single forum area?

Please comment as well:

How should that be structured?

  • 'Bonne Chance' as the Forum with sub-forums for each casino? That would be my suggestion (on the sub-forum part, not necessarily the naming of the main forum area for it).
  • 'Bonne Chance' as the Forum with NO sub-forums
  • Other?

Thanks, in advance, for the comments and help!

I'd remove the "Do Not Care" because that just skews the results. If they don't care, then with all respect, they shouldn't bother to vote hopefully (imho)...

I'm good with either of the above, but I'd opt for no sub-forums. I don't think this is the way all white labels should be handled either by the way. Just this Bonne Chance company. White labels in general don't bother me, but since Bonne Chance doesn't seem interested as a company to work to get us paid then I see no reason to cater to them anymore. They could clearly get around the $1000 minimum "excuse" they use not to pay people by adding these white labels together and issuing payments.

I'd let the separate complaint threads separate them by brand. It also doesn't single any brand out (that may be behaving) but instead just the parent company.

I don't mean to be bitter - and in fact am trying really hard to not be, I am just tired of us affiliates being run over and left for dead myself. Or somehow (after bringing in players for the company) the burden of getting paid is also landed squarely on us. If I saw an attempt on their part to work with us I wouldn't feel this strongly.

I'm also getting sick of paying wire fees and check fees. I mean do you want the %@# traffic or not? Since when have you paid your telephone bill and Verizon pays you to write them a check or when have you purchased a house and had the seller pay your wire fee.

The industry is backwards.

They don't all have the same terms and I would want each to have their own forum for an easy way to find information (IMO) about each. JMO

Well, I considered voting for each of the options in turn... and finally went for Yes.

But I am (and always have been) confused: who ARE Bonne Chance and Silverstone Overseas EXACTLY???
Does ANYONE know?
Has ANYONE ever communicated with someone who works for either of these two companies?
Or are they just "fake fronts" for Rival themselves?

And if, as stated on most White Label websites, XYZ is a casino owned and operated by Silverstone Overseas Limited, Ingles Manor, Castle Hill Avenue, Kent, Folkestone, United Kingdom...
Why do we deal with people who are NOT from Silverstone?
And why does each White Label have their own manager?

Maybe I should pop in there and ask them - that office is only about 40 miles from where I live!
(And maybe Simmo could come too - he's only about 30 miles from them!)

As an aside, the whole Rival situation has me pretty depressed; they SHOULD be one of the leading lights in our casino world, but they seem bent on self-distruction... :(
I was contacted by one of the White Label groups just today, asking me to re-promote them, this was my reply:
Hi Xxxxxxx,

I'm afraid Rival have shot themselves in the foot and are slowly bleeding to death... :-(

This is a tragedy on many levels, including for me personally; Rival were once by far my best performing software brand, but their slow suicide over the last 2 years is gradually killing off my player base & income...

Not surprisingly I am not in the mood to be adding any more "waste of web-space" Rival casinos to the 4 sites I have which feature them.
Unless Rival get their shyt together, and fast, I'm afraid they will be a dead-duck by the end of this year. It's a crying shame.
If I were you, I'd start looking for a new job now. Seriously.

Just as a FYI: I had your group of casinos on my sites right up until earlier this month, when I finally decided they had to go.

Best regards,
Mark

Does ANYONE know?

They are the same ownership as Rival from everything I have gathered... some of the principal owners.

Thats about right.

And why does each White Label have their own manager?

A Rival white label is more or less an affiliate account, but running a casino instead of an affiliate website. Thats why there are so many incompetent white label managers who don't have a clue how to run a casino.

Bonne chance should be move to somewhere but i'm not going to say where.

Most of those have been screwing players more or less and i really don't understand why people keeps promoting them.
Why people promote bad casinos even when they know that there will be problem sooner or later? I know that some of them are greedy and won't care if players won't receive their money but when their comissions are late they start whining instantly.

There should be rogue list for affiliates who promotes well known shitty casinos.

I would love for you to go there... but since you say it is in the UK... That means it is likely just a building with no representation. As I recall, the owners live in Canada.

Might as well get a list of ALL Bonne Chance Owned Casinos (Whitelabels), huh? Let's remember, though, some of these are actually run by real people and NOT Bonne Chance. We need to differentiate those as well, so will try to do that.

Here we go...... Bolded/Underlined means they are OWNED AND OPERATED by Bonne Chance

  • 21 Grand
  • Casino Lust
  • Club Vegas USA
  • Cocoa Casino
  • Davinci's Gold
  • Dendera Casino
  • Fortune Reel
  • Gibson Casino (was Tradition)
  • Irish Luck
  • Lion Slots
  • Malibu Club
  • Mayan Fortune
  • Orange Gamez
  • Pantasia
  • Paradise8
  • Planet Kings (Was Planet32)
  • Riccardo's
  • Riviera Royale
  • Rockbet
  • Ruby Royal
  • Simon Says
  • Slot Power
  • Slots Jackpot
  • Superior
  • SupremePlay
  • BetCave
  • Spintime
  • This Is Vegas
  • Tropica
  • Vanguard Casino
  • Vegas Regal
  • Vegas Sky
  • Vegas Days

Those are the ones I know of... I'm sure there are more out there. If ANYONE has an update to this list and knows for sure that one IS or ISN'T run directly by 'Bonne Chance'/'Silverstone'/'Rival'. please let me know.

BTW - The ones in BOLD/UNDERLINED - Do NOT promote!!!

I'd pay to see that and I don't even promote Rival anymore.

Seriously though, sounds like a good idea. Have you sussed out if their address is actually a business addy and not a mail drop or something?

It could be a mail drop. It's a small business centre and they definitely offer mailing address services as well as office space.
Channel Business Centre

Silverstone Overseas Ltd is still registered in Consett, Co Durham (that's the other side of the country from where me, KasinoKing and Simmo all seem to live) and that is definitely just a registered office address, not a real place of business.

Edited to add: According to the info I have from Companies House, they haven't been at that Folkestone address since 27/5/2008.
