Reef Media did not live up to its end of the deal with me and took down agreed upon links, did not contact to even alert me (in other words kept what I was giving them as they took what was owed to us)!

Also no response, no care from the Reef Media team as I've tried to contact 3 times now and spoke with the designer via skype who was supposed to pass on my concerns.

Lets try and resolve this quickly, can you please drop me a PM and explain whats going on?
bear in mind that we have a rather large staff and some times individuals get moved around or leave. (If these are about the sites I think than I actually believe the Webmaster you were talking to has changed position)
We have no interest in not fulfilling agreements we made but many times things are shifted around. (we own a very large number or websites)

in any case drop me a PM and we will resolve this.
