I,ve been working with quicktender for a couple years now and have always received my money into my banking acct. within 3 to 5 days after they notified me that it had been sent. It's been 9 days now and nothing has come in. Has anyone else notice a slow down in their transactions or am I just being paranoid?
Thanks

No withdrawal option

After reading your thread here, I logged into my QT account to make a withdrawal and do not see the left side "Withdrawal" button I use every month. Anyone know whats going on with that? I have been using them for a couple years with no major issue. Am I limited to only 1 withdrawal in a certain time frame or something as I normally only do 1 per month.

Hi GamblingGuru,

I can't login to that thread. Could you give a summary here. Thanks.

Ah yes, I forgot that thread is just for select members I reckon...

Anyway, here's a couple of snipets from the thread...

QuickTender Live Support: Unfortunately there was an issue with your recent withdrawal request, which has not been processed by the US bank. We are investigation this issue at the moment.

QuickTender Live Support: This situation is beyond our control as it relates to the onward transmission of funds transmitted by our European banking partner, however, note that we will do everything we can to resolve this situation.

QuickTender Live Support: It seems that it was not processed by the correspondent bank, we are currently in the process of reversing the funds back to your QuickTender account.

QuickTender Live Support: I am afraid that I cannot provide you with a time frame, however be assured that our teams are doing our best to fully investigate the issue and have it resolved as soon as it is possible.

and another...

Thank you for contacting the QuickTender Settlement Department.

Please be informed that the withdrawal fee will be refunded. Unfortunately we are unable to provide any additional information regarding the mentioned issue.

Please feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.

So it appears there is some sort of issue or blockage keeping the funds from being processed into maybe certain banks in the US...that's about the just of it.

Withdrawal Button now there, but ...

I logged in again and now its there. But when I tried to do a withdrawal, I got the following error message:

"Unfortunately at this time we are unable to process your withdrawal for technical reasons. Please check back in 5 days for a status update. Your ability to transfer to merchants is unaffected."

Something is going on over there.

My "withdraw" button is there and takes me to a new withdraw page.

Is it possible that QT lost their processor or whoever this "European banking partner" is ran off with the funds? Well, if they say they are reversing funds back into QT accounts, then they do have the $$ still?

What a nightmare!

I requested they reverse my funds from being "confirmed" in the wire transfer to available so I could transfer them to a merchant, and got this:

Thank you for contacting the QuickTender Help Desk.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reverse the funds at the moment.

We are doing our best to solve this.

Please feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.

I hope it's ONLY that a processor was lost. And the law isn't after them too.

From Meister
"The management of Quicktender would like to make the following statement
regarding the current situation with UseMyWallet/Quicktender withdrawals:

We have operated a reputable and reliable payment mechanism for US customers
since 2006. Our reputation is important to us, and until recently there has
never been any question that players and merchants would be paid. In order
to achieve this, we have built over many years relationships with payment
intermediaries that share our values of honesty and integrity. In the
jurisdictions from which we offer our services we are proud to be properly
licensed and constituted, and have even worked with US law enforcement on
occasions where criminal activity has been identified.

However, we cannot always predict some of the vagaries of the US
administration. Over the past 2 weeks we have in good faith transmitted
withdrawals initiated by Quicktender account holders to beneficiary bank
accounts in the US. The money left our account in Europe. It was only in
response to increasing complaints from our customers that we recognised
there was a problem, and asked our bank to investigate. It emerges that the
money has been accumulated in our bank's correspondent banking partners
accounts in the US, and has been frozen. We suspect it is possible that
these funds may be subject to a seizure order by the US authorities. We
would stress that we do not have bank accounts in the US of our own, and
that the funds have left our account Europe.

It is our express intention to ensure that the funds of our account holders
are safe. For this reason we have decided to suspend future withdrawals
until we understand what has happened to the money that has been frozen. If
we continue to transmit bank wires into the US we could find that these
funds also do not reach their ultimate beneficiaries. This would simply make
the problem worse.

We ask our customers to bear with us in these difficult times. Please be
assured that we have always honored our obligations in the past, and that we
will make every effort to overcome these current difficulties. It is not in
the interests of anybody to attempt to financially impact QuickTender
further. These actions may impact the future viability of the company and
the ability of the company to pay its customers. We are assessing our
current exposure, and how best to reintroduce withdrawals safely.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for their past
loyalty, and to reiterate that we will take all possible steps to ensure
that our customers money is secure."

I posted this at GPWA too, but if there are any affiliates working with Rewards Affiliates who need an alternative to QT, please email me.

Cheers

Good News

Dear xxxx,

As your recent QuickTender withdrawal MTCN xxxx of $xxx.00 was not received into your nominated bank account we will be putting it shortly under the “Uncleared Balance” to your QuickTender Account xxxxxx.

We are communicating with our bank to find out where your funds are currently located and why they have not been processed. The funds were transmitted by us in good faith through a major European bank, and have left our account. We understand that the money has been frozen in the US banking system, and you will appreciate that this is entirely beyond our control.

We fully acknowledge you are the rightful owner of these funds. We will fully support you recover these funds and provide further details as soon as we can assist.

Any remaining funds in your QuickTender account can still be used to purchase at QuickTender accepting sites. In addition we are working hard to reinstate our withdrawal facility and so when this is in place you will be able to make a new withdrawal.

Please be assured these remaining funds in your QuickTender account are safe and secure and we appreciate your continued support. We apologise for the inconvenience that this delay has caused you.
