SUMMARY: This term was an update asked for by the AGD team to aid in certification.
Marketing - Banner Placement
The Merchant's banners and/or text links shall be displayed at least as prominently as any other sales link on the Member site, and if the Member displays or makes accessible to Visitors . Members can also provide descriptive information regarding any vendors whose banners are displayed regard the Merchant Sits(s) on its websites(s). Ifthe Member site, content on the Member shall, subject member site is found to Probability Affiliates' prior written approval of the content thereofbe inaccurate or outdated, include similar descriptive information regarding the Merchant's Site(s)then we may notify you of any changes to your Site(s) that we feel should be made.
