Im not sure if this is appropriate posting in here about payouts from the actual gambling site so I understand if it gets pulled or moved.

I promoted 5Dimes for years, but never made enough, or had enough players to collect any small earnings I made untill about 6 weeks ago. The affiliate department although requiring more information and verifications (all good things) paid me promptly after the required 5 players. It was trying to collect from the 5Dimes website, not the affiliate site.

I requested payouts 4, or 5 times. I never was told initially that I needed to verify my email and phone number, so the payount wasnt made, I had to call them; I did and gave the info they asked for. Still no payment. So after I called them I was told again I needed to verify my info; I did a second time. Same thing, however this time when I called to verify I was asked for more, indept info, which is fine, good business practice , but now I was not getting the emails they said they sent me to again verify through email the same info and and this time to add my bitcoin address. So it was suggested that I give them another email address which I did. I still didnt get the payout because I needed to verify the new address which I sent them, see, they never told me anything untill I reached out to them, so I didnt know the problem. So I was told no payout untill I email them again to verify I changed my address.

There are in my opinion too many agents handling things and I gotta say I was pretty frustrated, but I made another request and hopefully I will get my payout. Just curious if it is me, or did any of you ever have a problem like this.

I do want to say however, through all of this at no time did I feel they didnt want to pay me. I only feel they dont communicate very well at all. Thanks for letting me share. :)

@buddy m (aside from this drama, hope your keeping well mate)...

I never promoted 5Dime, so can't provide you any feedback on that account.

What you've explained, reads like text-book 101 on how not to pay an affiliate (same ruse is used on players). You get to the finished line (the one you thought you'd crossed) but they extend the course, and add more hurdles/hoops to jump. This non-email verified caper, sounds like BS.

Fingers crossed you get paid. But going on their current modus operandi, I wouldn't count on it.

Nicely Put, thanks for you're input.

No it's not only you!

First off I didn't read the terms properly when I signed up in 2012 - and it took me 2 YEARS to get to 5 NDP's
Since then, I have had to "jump through hoops" many times to get paid.
However, I don't think it's a deliberate stalling tactic - I just think they are VERY careful to prevent any sort of fraud.

Once an affiliate is verified (or if you prefer KYC'd), from that point onward (unless their details change) there's no valid reason not to pay. No one should have to continually "jump hoops" to receive ongoing payments. It's akin to punters/players being verified, then paid winnings, only to be asked for KYC the next time they make a withdrawal.

@buddy m - you might want to have a sample of your DNA ready :D

I agree. As I also stated I dont believe they are trying not to pay me; I sincerely think there are just way to many people getting in on the conversation. Case in point. Last Saturday I got two emails from them. The first told me I didnt get paid because I didnt verify my new email address; I emailed them the change like they asked me, and I also used the new email address to sent them my verification of my Account #, my Pin # and they wanted to know the bitcoin address I used. I would think that counts a verification of the new email. I also got an email within minutes of that one saying I couldn't get paid because the amount I requested in my forth attempt was different than the amount I asked for in my first attempt. Thats true, that was different, but the amount I eventually asked for was the amount I verified via landline; also what difference does it make if I asked for a different amount when the first amount was denied. I feel like im talking gibberish, but its a little too much for me. Is this gonna happen whenever I wish to collect, although the people and cash I bring in in most cases wont be enough so it may be a years for me N E Way lol

@buddy m We got the payment via BTC every time that we cash out. Then they sent email to ask for the pin and BTC address that we use.

I read them so I knew, but the reason I wanted to promote them is I thought it would look good to have a sportsbook on my site that the rest of the gaming industry wasnt already promoting, but let me ask you...do you have to have 5 playing players every month in order to collect affiliate earnings; Im not actually clear on that which is not very smart of me I realize.

Friggin hilarious Aussie Dave, I love it![/QUOTE]

No - thank goodness!
You just have to reach 5 to start receiving payments - then there are no further quotas.

Well I just checked and my payment got denied again, saying my phone isnt verified. It was at least 5 times. This has been going on for over a month now calling, emails, live chats. I believe I have 5 or 6 payment rejections. What are the odds (get it? odds).

Im telling you there are too many people involved in handling this stuff for them and none knows what the other is doing. Another two emails from them today with different reasons again, same as last week. This time one of them was Frank. Never got one from him before LOL.

This is really gonna sound crazy, but Im done. Im not even going to try and collect any longer. In my opinion, 5Dimes just doesnt want to pay me and I am really sorry I sent players their way. I am done! Not going to verify one more friggin thing. Its not worth the BS to me. Im just droppoing the whole thing. On a good note Betting Partners paid me today. I think Im gonna loose 5Dimes and swap it out with Bodog, I dont get many players from Canada, but if I do BP will pay me!

AH yes and the drama continues. I actually pulled 5Dimes from my site yesterday and today I made another request saying my payment is denied once more, but this time because I didnt have any links, write-ups and/or banners on my site. So I called and spoke to a nice rep named Victoria. I was rambling out of control and must give her kudos for putting up with me , but it ended where again I was 100% verified and willing to put 5Dimes back up which I wanted to anyway, but wanted assurance I would be paid. So I took the high ground and put them back up in the hopes they pay me. For those following I will keep you posted, but I think they will pay out. This rep seemed determind to help.

We recently attempted to get paid. The process was absolutely ridiculous, changing affiliate details was made as difficult as possible.
We had to put them on our dogy list. I hope they pay you.

All the best.

Well I did get paid and the one that really helped me was a rep whose name is Victoria. It was crazy, I didnt over state anything. It was as crazy as I said it was. I will say though at no time did I feel they didn’t want to pay out, it was the fact (I believe) that there are way to man ppl involved and i had to keep going over the same stuff time and time again. The important thing is I did finally get paid and maybe next time it wont be as difficult.
