Ditto here. Received a message that we needed to revise our payment details, so we replied immediately. Nothing heard back yet, despite sending three e-mails to our rep.
I've received a dubious e-mail from Nelson, simply advising "I did mail you yesterday, not sure if you got my mail." and then failing to mention what was supposedly in 'yesterdays' e-mail.
Still no proper reply, still no payment, and no decent partnership from my rep.
I'm pleased to report this has been resolved. Some zippier support responses would've been preferable to moaning in here, but my rep did sort everything in the end.
