Hi,
I saw that some members received last month payment via skrill. I have received a payment from "Betway" that I don't promote and the amount is closer to what I've earned at Buffalo last month.

Can someone if this is possible? I mean receiving Buffalo payment from Betway?

Edit: I just saw that at Buffalo I have Neteller as payment method so please move the thread from Buffalo forum

I'm a bit confused by your post!
Do you want this thread moved to the Betway section?

I think it could be possible that Betway would pay Buffalo commission - pretty sure that behind the scenes they are still one and the same.
Otherwise, why would Betway pay you if you don't promote them? :confused:

I'm a bit confused too! I have received this payment from Betway but I don't even promote them. I have remembered a discussion about Betway being behind Buffalo so I've posted this in the Buffalo's forum. Then, I've checked my account at Buffalo and saw that my preferred payment method is set as Neteller ($) so, since the money were received into my Skrill (€) account..... I don't really know :confused:.

And I don't want this thread to be moved to the Betway section as I don't have nothing to do with them; maybe the "general casino affiliate area" section will be a better place.

I just checked NT and I haven't received my Buffalo commission yet.

In AGD payments it says:
Buffalo Partners: paid by Skrill on Jun 9 2015

But my payment is Neteller and I have not been paid yet.


EDIT: T&C's say payment will be paid by the 10'th working day, that's today (Friday).

Maybe there was a delay in transfering the total payment funds to NT and not to Skrill. That has happened before.

April 2015 commission was paid into Neteller by... BP Limited - 13-05-2015.

Reiterating June 2015 commission has NOT been reveived to my Neteller Acc as yet.

I got in contact with Andrew (who btw is away on vacation)... He was however kind enough to respond (an appreciated gesture).

Long story short. He escalated it to support.
Added Skrill usually gets paid before Neteller, so I'm guessing it's more than likely going to hit NT today, sometime.

Essentially what happens is... The program runs the stats, tallies up all the payments and then gets that signed off. When they're approved for payment, the batch file is contructed and sent to the processor. Who then sends that to the web-wallet.

In between all this, Program A intiates a wire transfer to a web-wallet on day x. Sometimes funds don't hit the web-wallet on time (for whatever reason).

It could also be that BP just process Skrill payments before Neteller.
The 8'th of June paid notation, would probably mean its been sent to the processor.

Reiterating I think we'll be paid to Neteller today :)

There is simply a delay in the Neteller payments which is being addressed by our finance department as a matter of urgency.
Also, for your information, Shane is no longer with the company.

Received an update from BP.

The latest update I received from finance:
“Still waiting on Neteller compliance. Checking up with them regularly”
From our side the payments have been processed accordingly, this is being held up on Neteller’s side.

Have no idea what "compliance" means in this instance. :confused:

Given it's 4:06pm in CapeTown and close of business is 5pm, my hope of receiving payment today is'nt high. Guessing this issue with go into next week :(

Fingers and toes crossed anyway.

Got this just now:

I have received final confirmation from our finance department that Neteller payments will, unfortunately, only be received on Monday.

EDIT: Just got word from my personal account manager (I'm a NT Platinum VIP), that it is indeed a compliance issue (no details given) between NT and BP. He's saying it could take a few more days to sort out. So maybe Monday isn't on rthe cards either.
