No payment in July, what is going on with Ellmount?

Anyone else didn't get paid in July to skrill from Ellmount? First time they have missed a payment altogether I think, they are usually quite late but this is a new low.

It seems they have some real issues. They promised they would pay yesterday but didn't so I wouldn't count on getting paid.

Did your AM send you an email stating why? Or didn't he/she bother...

And, why are they paying so late, have you asked?

They do say in their T&C's, they make payments before the 20'th of each month, which means they are currently in breach of said T&C's.

Given they're AGD certified, maybe Zuga can make contact with Ellmont, to find out why commissions are not only late but why affiliates haven't been paid in July 2018, for their June 2018 commission.

What I told my Affiliates is correct. The payment automation has had some problems.
All Payments have now been executed manually as we could not get it working.

My sincere apologies for the delay, I am sure we have all been there when technical issues delay things.

We have had some issues with the payment automation system that's supposed to make all payments in one click.

Let's just say it hasn't really worked out for us.
In the meantime, all payments have been processed manually.

Or it was just as we said, we had a technical issue with the payment add-ons and it delayed the process for a few days.

Everything is on order and all the payments have been executed and processed.

So many people on AGD and many other Forums constantly moan about good and bad programs etc.

1 stand up program is late with payments and people jump on there heads stating they have a lack of cash or what so ever. Its amazing how the bull dogs jump in head first.

Business is business and problems do pop up. They were late and explained exactly why they were late. They did not lie and did not pull the wool other anybodies eyes. Sometimes things just go wrong which the operator has no control over, get with it..
