I got an email that Absolute Slots will change it's name to SlotsPower. Can you fill us in on how that will affect affiliates from a banner management perspecitve?

Thanks!

Unfortunately, as Mark indicated in his emails and post, there is a dispute currently going on regarding payment of consulting fees and commissions due to us for the services we have rendered over the last six months. As you can imagine when an owner refuses to pay a consultant/master affiliate their fees and commissions this is not a good sign. It’s basically the same thing as stealing all of an affiliate players after guaranteeing them payment for life and then adding on a failure to pay for additional services like salaries, artwork, banners, payment of the fees at GPWA and AGD etc…. that they had agreed to. We are working on an amicable solution and hope that Absolute Slots continue working with its players and affiliate tracking maintained. We will keep you posted on the status of these discussions and we hope the owners do the fair and honest thing. If you have any questions regarding this please feel free to contact me directly at benjamin@absoluteslots.biz

Thank you,
Ben

Isn't the master affiliate/consultant EMG? the group owned by AMI, the group that owns CAP? does that mean Absolute Slots had a disagreement with EMG who controls the domain and that's the domain dispute? (The consultant is holding the domain hostage for money owed? or perceived owed? - sounds like a familiar business strategy of someone who likes to take things for ransom, but I'm just speculating out loud here)

So SlotPower, has the same owner, but is now no longer run by the AMI/EMG/CAP group? I hope I'm wrong but it sounds a lot like the players might be taken care of, but the group running all affiliate matters (AMI/EMG/CAP) might stiff the GPWA and AGD? or are they just looking for sympathy.

I just read the post about affiliates getting paid (by Mark) and thankfully it looks like they have a good owner over there, but this is exactly why I wanted to know about the other programs associated with EMG and why I never promoted A.S. when that connection came to surface even though they had a great reputation.

As far as AGD is concerned. We cannot be stiffed because the monies were paid up front and the contract reads appropriately in that if a program no longer meets the requirements of a PCP, all monies would be forfeit along with the certification.

We ensure that the certification cannot be continued in the event that any predatory behavior occurs. This is iron-clad.

As for the 2 organizations, EMG and AS (or Slots Power), we will continue to work with whatever affiliate program 'takes hold' of the casino and determine their 'worthiness' to continue in the program. Until this matter is resolved satisfactorily, their sponsorship is suspended.

Upon resolution, the original contract will be honored (assuming the program remains in good graces).

Thank you.

Definitely NOT business as usual at Absolute Slots!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As posted at GPWA and AGD things at Absolute Slots are definitely NOT business as usual. Whats happened is two ROGUE operators from Hungary (Former Windows Casino Owners, Marc and Robert) have decided to attempt an affiliate theft in line with the recent stunt pulled by Grand Prive.

Absolute Slots affiliate was handled under a master affiliate agreement where our company was to be compensated for life for the players and affiliates we generated and managed. We were also due a monthly maintenance fee which was used to cover expenses such as Affiliate Manager Salary(Ben), promotion at events, advertising (GPWA andd AGD), hybrid deals, banners and graphics, promotions management etc...

Without warning Marc and Robert decided they could greatly increase their bottom line by stealing our players and affiliates and refusing to pay the agreed upon expenses. They simply locked us out of the system when we inquired when would be paid our commissions and expenses due for March. We have been in minor discussions with Robert but the offers he has made to compensate us for our losses and lost players and affiliates have been a real joke. I hope the situation changes and if it does we will be the first to advise affiliates of the resolution, but at the moment their strategy seems to be to keep "repeating its business as usual" like a broken record under the assumption affiliates are too dense to see through this ruse. (I think they actually believe many are).

Its our advice you drop these rogues NOW and do NOT promote SlotPower. It's a shame Rival would allow an operator to behave like this and definitely a bad sign for the platform.

We will be sending a cease and desist order to Louis Fabiano if these defamatory claims persist. They are entirely false and are damaging to our business. If the accusations continue we will take legal action.

For the record let it be known that all commissions and more have been paid to Louis Fabiano. We are still working to reach an agreement for the price of the domain AbsoluteSlots.com.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the disruption. We are doing our utmost to ensure a smooth transition to SlotPower.com and are keeping our affiliates informed every step of the way.

Ben has nothing to do with SlotPower.com. Please address all and any enquiries to affiliate@slotpower.com

Thank you.
