Due to these terms
6.12. If the total number of active players (users) referred by the Affiliate in one calendar month is less than 10, the commission is not calculated and paid by the Company. Active player (user) in this Terms means user which has a first time deposit and stable gaming activity and referred by the Affiliate. The Affiliate does not have the right to demand any payments from the Company if this item is not fulfilled by him, regardless of the reasons for its non-fulfillment.
6.13.In any case, despite what is described in these Terms, the Company reserves the right to note any accrual to any Affiliate if, as a result of information analysis, it becomes that the affiliate is not of high quality for the platform, and the users referred by him do not use the platform and/or use platform only for abuse.The same provision shall apply if it is established that the affiliate uses this platform to receive personal profit from his/her multi-accounts and/or from multi-accounts registered to relatives/friends/acquaintances.
6.1. Subject to your adherence to the provisions of the Affiliate Agreement, you will earn Commission in accordance with the Commission Structure. We retain the right to change the Commission percentage and method of calculation of Commission in accordance with this clause.
6.2. The Commission rate is distinguished from the received results per one current period (a month) of all referrals activity and can be changed for the next period. Referrals activity means a total amount of bets that referrals play in the casino games such as In-House, Slot, Live, Table games and Sports Betting.
