Terms look friendly although:
7. BetSpider shall have the right to examine your books, records, systems and other
materials and information relating to this Agreement and the services provided hereunder
for the purposes of ascertaining your compliance or otherwise with the terms hereof. For
that purpose you hereby grant to BetSpider and its professional advisers a right of
access to your premises, systems and information on the giving of reasonable notice
during normal business hours. BetSpider and its professional advisers shall have the
right to take copies of any records it reasonably requires and you shall provide all
necessary cooperation free of charge
NEED TO ALWAYS EMAIL AFFILIATES WITH TERM CHANGES MADE
NEED TO PAY FINAL EARNINGS WITHIN 90 DAYS
NEED ADMIN FEES
NEED MIN PAYMENT
