Mojo Affiliates - unclear and strange terms

I’ve been going through Mojo’s T&C, and there are some unclear and strange terms:

• 
  You understand that we may re-direct traffic and users from the website to any other web page that we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, without any additional compensation to you.

What does this mean? That they can cross promote and take players from affiliates?

• 
  You may not optimize any page of a website(s) for keyword or keyword phrases that include the words Great Eight, GR88, Bulldog777, GEObet or any variation thereon, particularly when advertising a bonus code. This provision includes but is not limited to internal links, headers and body content. The description meta tag is permitted.

So you’re writing a review of GR88 casino. What will you put in the page title?... Review of some casino
Isn’t this a bit too harsh?

  If an Affiliate is participating via the Revenue Share Model and the Net Revenue for a particular calendar month is negative, such negative amounts may be carried forward to the subsequent months(s) at our sole discretion.

Do they have negative carry over policy or not?
I just love when affiliate program leaves a backdoor for doing whatever they want. There is a lot of terms with: "at our sole discretion"

Any comments? How do you approach to affiliate programs with such terms?

Nice find...although they did pass the AGD Terms Certification, maybe the terms that AGD approved were different that those listed above?

I would say that means they can redirect (probally usa traffic) to another program that accepts those players like some of the other MG programs do.

Alot of MG casinos have this redirect page for US referrals. we should still be credited. the casinos make a deal with US Facing casinos and both are making money on these referrals. it's not fair if we affiliates don't get some type of credit.

As countries around the world create their own iGaming laws and regulations, we may not be able to service those countries or accept the traffic from those countries. In some cases we may be asked to redirect that traffic by our gaming suppliers.

In the past, we have been the recipient of fraudulaent traffic (players who defrauded banks and the casinos) - sent by a group of affiliates. In the interest of keeping our merchants we have redirected those affiliates links to google.com, and closed down deposit and withdrawal methods for certain countries.

This term does not affect affiliates promoting our clients through natural means. It relates to fraudulent use of our brand whereby the affiliate is attempting to appear as if they are the client.

Anytime Hogar. For affiliates and webmasters with good intentions, they don't have to worry about promoting Mojo Affiliates, and we don't want to stifle what affiliates do best! Its a partnership.

But at the same time we want to warn of those people with ill intentions!
