Missing October and November Payments - RESOLVED

We still haven't received last 2 months payments from GnG.

Our AM which is always responsive, said November payments will be made last week and then October payments along with December.

So over last week we should receive November payment but this never happened.

Hi Alchemist,
Sorry for the delay in your payments and further for the misunderstanding with regards to the dates. I can confirm that you payment has been processed and you can expect it by the of the week!You should have also received you proof of payment form you affiliate manager.
With regards to your October payments you can expect them with your December payments around the same time next month.

Hey there!

So i got the proof of payment i can confirm it! But the date is 17.12 which means already 3 business days passed. Usually bank transfers will do 1-2 days for me. In addition, the amount is for both months and not only for November.

Just to add something here, today we got a payment via bank from another program which was sent yesterday...

Something doesn't add up here... Wires take 1 to 2 days to hit OP's bank account, confirmation of payment received by OP, but payment has still not arrived.

How did this program even get AGD "certified"? Their T&C's link on the signup page, redirects to (affiliates.montecryptoscasino.com/) the home page. No T&C's found.

I call BS on that statement!

What a poor excuse for an affiliate program site. The new GnG site isn't any better. There's literally nothing there. Reiterating... how does a program achieve "certified" status, when, it's clearly not deserving of such a title???!!!

@Monte any updates? We still have no money in bank account. So either the proof was fake (credentials were correct) or money bounced back to you. This is taking so long. @AussieDave they did some changes on the website and it's still not live. I guess they will add the relevant Terms on some time.

Hi there

I too haven't received payment from GnG.

They are for the months Jun-20, Aug-20, Sep-20 and Oct-20. Although the initial months are small in amount, the aggregate including Oct-20 exceeds their stated threshold of $100.

According to my account, they say that they paid Aug-20 YTD, but I never received payment. And my account earnings, doesn't seem to be updated for Oct-20 detailed earnings.

@Chriskwong same here. The platform is not updated but earnings are visible on reports.

All October payments postponed and they will be paid with December according to GnG.

But November should be paid on 15th. This never happened.

Just to update the thread here, we still looking what's wrong here. Their bank sent it, our bank didn't received it. All credentials are correct. We will try to solve it out until the end as we like promoting their brands and seems like this was not intended.

Update! The transaction actually bounced back on 30.12 and GnG was able to find it. This is amazing news and we are close to find a solution.
