Okay, who's going to be in London for Jan 2010? Where you staying? What dates?

I'll be there. I'm arriving Thursday, Jan. 28, leaving Monday, Feb. 1. Staying at the Grange St. Paul Hotel.

I'll also be arriving on the 28th and should be staying for three nights.

The Grange St Pauls Hotel appears to be full so I'll probably stay at the The Grange City Hotel which apparently isn't very far away.

I secretly hope Christine will organise an AGD NOTworker meeting again ;D

(Just a day trip for me - I live only 60 miles from London)

Then to LAC on the 29th & 30th - staying in the cheapest hotel I could find within 1 mile of the venue. (Not all affiliates make mega-bucks you know! ).

We don't stay in the official hotels either, last time when I was in London I found public transportation very good, so we weren't afraid to search for a much cheaper hotel a bit more far from the venue. For 7 nights for 2 persons we got Days Hotel Shoreditch for GBP 460 - that I think is a bargain for a newly build hotel - and my friends in London said that Shoreditch is a cool district too.

I arrive Friday at 9AM in London St Pancras (Eurostar) and will leave Monday in the afternoon.

Staying with a friend for first 2 nights and still looking for a hotel for night of sunday-monday.

thats a great deal and your firends are right Shoreditch is a really cool area plus you may be even happier as 888 may be hosting the Friday night party in Hoxton just by Shoreditch.....They are confirming this week.

I also agree re transport - I live here and would never get a taxi unless its late at night and I am drunk - even then I like to travel on the night buses trying to get home, always a nice challege - Travel is really safe and very easy once you get used to it plus its often quicker to walk, central London is pretty small when you walk it and you get to see a lot more

I don't know why but every year it seems like I am at least once drunk and wondering the streets with Meister and the crew trying to find a party..lol Last year we gave up after wandering around forever ate McDonald's in Piccadilly Square and I think it was right by the party we were looking for but we were too drunk to see it..lol It was all Debbs fault I think...hahaha Needless to say I feel very safe in London, I love that city!!

We will be arriving in London on the morning of the 27th and will be at the Fire and Ice party that night.... I will be staying until the 2nd in the evening, probably heading to Paris for the day on the 1st, but will be around for the rest of the time.

Staying at the Grange St Pauls for the 27th to the 31st then not sure where im staying - I havent booked anything yet so anything could happen.

I am looking forward to meeting you all and I'm also hoping Christine organises a notworking meeting.

We will be at booth 93 on the mezzanine level so please keep your ears open for the loud Aussie (me) and come find me! I'll be carrying around some goodies for everyone who comes to see me

I have a date for the affiliate meet up it will be the 27th around 5pm the place is not given yet since Alex has one of is little angels looking a suitable pub for us which was not expected and very much appreciated! Just another way that man goes out of his way to help others
