None of the 10 operators that were granted licenses by the KSA were able to launch in the market on October 1st due to a technical problem related to problem gambler exclusion.
Of the initial 100 or so companies that showed interest in the new permits, about 30 actually applied for licenses.

Holland's KSA issued 10 online gambling licenses October 1. However, a technical problem with problem gambler exclusions has delayed the launch of all 10.
